Both are the mode of payments in which you can pay for your bookings. Pay at hotel provides you with the flexibility of paying when you reach hotel, but the number of rooms that can be booked with pay at hotel is limited to 2 only. On the other hand prepaid lets you book as many rooms as you want and the payment has to be made at the time of booking only.
